Q：

What do you think are the advantages and disadvantages of the Chinesedesigners and foreign designers? 您认为国内设计师与国外设计师相比，双方的优势和劣势分别在哪？

　　A：In my honest opinion, to be a designer, is a talent that comes fromthe heart. I believe anyone who choosesto be a designer - whether they are from China or from another part of theworld, there is no difference. Designis a creative process that gives the designer a voice to share and project avision through the garment. It is neverbad or good - it is just different, appealing to different client bases.

　　在我看来，做一名设计师，是一种发自内心的天赋。我相信任何选择成为设计师的人——无论是来自中国还是来自世界其他地方——都没有区别。设计是一个创造性的过程，设计师通过服装分享和表达自己的想象，发出自己的声音。它从来都没有好坏之分——有的只是不同，吸引着不同的客户群。

　　Q：Do you have the next plans for the developmentof the brand that has been created by yourself? 对于一手造就的心头品牌，对此后品牌的发展有什么计划吗？

　　A：Although I am the JAC brand founder, it is not I alone that createsthe success of the JAC Brand. There isan entire team behind me that trusts and believes in the success of the JACBrand. My partner Bruce Li and I, have avision to extend the brand from Canada and China to North America and Europe,making it a global light luxury brand. Secondly, the vision is to connect the retail store sales and on linesales to have them working together in support of each other to grow salessimultaneously.

　　虽然我是JAC品牌的创始人，但JAC品牌的成功并不属于我一个人。在我身后有整个团队的信任与支持，相信JAC品牌会走向成功。我和我的合作伙伴Bruce Li有一个愿景，将这个品牌从加拿大和中国延伸到北美和欧洲市场，使其成为一个全球轻奢品牌。其次，我们的愿景是把线下零售与线上销售相结合，互相支持，共同促进销售的增长。
